Help? I'm using Microsoft Excel as an attendance sheet and I keep losing data.?

It seems to have something to do with an automatic page break. It is also inserting extra blank columns, and then repeating columns with some data present on the original column, some present on the repeated column.

it's hard to tell since i can't actually see it, but it sounds like you may need to highlight the individual columns, right click, format, alignment tab - "wrap text". What may be happening is that your columns aren't big enough to hold the info you're putting in so it's running over to the next one, on the comp screen anyway. when you actually print the info won't show up.
