my chihuahua has never been dropped either but it growls when someone tries to pick it up

before u take ur dog to the vet call them first to see if vet trip is really necessary my cat does the same exact thing as bella and my doctor said it could be from constipation soo u might wanna checck that out andit could be because he just doesnt want to be held there isnt really anything the vet can do maybe put it on antibiotics but thats pretty much it

You again! How many times are you going to ask the same question? Is it 2 weeks, 2 days or 2 hours? Make up your mind!!! Get her to a vet!!! You are wasting valuable time and causing her even more pain, by asking these questions here, when she needs to be seen by a vet NOW!!! Can we make it anymore clear than that?

You already asked this and said that she had been doing it for 2 weeks already.. 2 weeks or 2 days?? VET is the answer regardless.. Will it be 2 hours next time you ask the question?? Still the answer is VET.. Come on.. Quit being so cheap.. What's a check up going to cost you?? $45???

She could have just heard a noise? If not, maybe mention it to the veterinarian at her next appointment. If it continues or gets worse or she shows some kind of symtom pointing to an illness, call your veterinarian immedietely and follow their instructions.

Take your dog to the vet if it's in pain.
