What a great question! Remind me to give you a star. To lose weight in your face, you have to lose weight~! My mom is 30 lbs. overweight, but her face is thin!! If I gain weight, the first place it goes, is my face!! Same with my husband. So , unfortunately, there's no way to lose weight in your face;short of plastic surgery! Yuk on that!! If you are 20 lbs. overweight, if you lose some weight your face will get thinner. Goood luck! :) Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me about that star! :D

Unfortunately, you can't target your face through exercise. With that said, our bodies are unique and typically put on weight and lose weight in a certain order. If you know that order, you'll know just when you'll begin to see a slimmer face. Good luck!

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.
