Question

If i tie a jumper around my waist, will it stop all the perverts gawping at me at work? Will it give them the hint? Or will they carry on gawping when i stop doing it? I'm getting rather sick of it now and my pants are no tighter than anyone elses! I just feel like i'm there for everyone's entertainment. And i'm not imagining it, especially when one of them comments on my butt. He's just saying what everyone else is thinking. Sorry, just had to rant, LOL!

We call it gawping, lol.
I could get a T-shirt printed with some comment on it. What would be a good one?

Despite ALL your vehemient protestations, I've come to the conclusion that all those "perverts" who share your office space, CANNOT be wrong - you must have a beautiful butt!! It makes sense: otherwise, why would they all stare at it? Why would they ADMIRE it? Why, even COMMENT on it (and, yes, saying what every other hot blooded male in that vicinity thinks!) It is now a PROVEN fact! You DO have a sexy butt!

It is futile trying to hide your butt dear lady. Forget about the loose pants, long overhanging shirts/blouses/tops/wrap-around sweaters, etc. That will only make your pretty posterior so much more enticing, because now you'll wrap it in mystery! Nope! Like it or lump it! Remember the May West slogan: "If you've got it - flaunt it!" (and enjoy it!)
(Which I DO SUSPECT you do in any case - "methinks the lady doth protesteth too much!!!") LOL!
Be thankful that you're not a member of a bushman tribe, where stygiopia (excesively large buttocks) are considered to be fashionable and well-admired!

well, hate to break it to you, but "gawking" is kind of a loosely defined thing, and no, contrary to what people think, you are allowed to look. Its a subjective thing, and prove someone looks at you.

You could probably try to wear pants that don't show off your assets too.

Although I suspect that "gawking" is for the guys you find gross, and "noticing you" is for the guys you think are attractive.

Unfortunately, no, it won't stop them, and you shouldn't have to. This is sexual harassment and you should report it to your boss (and your boss's boss, if necessary). Their behavior is entirely inappropriate for the workplace.
