The US government doesn't support reason in any form!

They'll laugh you out of any office in the government. "Reason" based initiative? Are you kidding? Can't have an initiative here without it being based on superstition!

Have you considered taking a Grant Writing Course? There are grants through all sorts of places besides the US government. If you take a course it will help you to research and write the appropriate grants to get the funding you need.

For starters, don't waste time going to the National Democratic Commitee headquarters. Stay away from any office set up by Pelosi, Feinstein, Clinton or Boxer. They think like, well, typical bass ackwards liberal women.

Yes, but it will be categorized by the results you expect to achieve with the grant. Aren't faith-based initiatives expected to have results? Other than promoting the faith in question, I mean.
