The stars are pleased for the will of the night,
Refrain from idle hands playing tunes of the blind
I string a sheet with beads of blood
I have tasted something new , so
As I have layn and bled in this damp bed
Too long
Id rather sleep on the floor
Wait perhaps I could find a way to
Sleep under the stars
For the stars have spoken to me through
Shut curtains, when I gasped for breath
For upon opening the window would there be fresh air …
I never dared to for fear of fear,
Why must I stay here when my true place is beneath the open sky
Where the air is plentiful
Why must I forsake my self and wait for the tide
To wash away this sand
I think ill find a way ……
