I am 5'4", 120 lbs... I did weigh 130, lost about 15-20 lbs, felt too skinny, went back to 120 and am very happy. You can definately tell a difference. My stomach and sides are trimmer and flatter.

yes,

try carrying 10lbs with you everywhere you go for a few days, then put it down and walk around without it, you will notice the difference.

If you drop even 10lbs, you will feel much better and more energetic. If you have a spouse that is used to seeing you naked, they will be able to tell the difference in your appearance also.

10lbs is quite a lot. but if u've had sudden weight loss then ur probably on d rong track.sudden weight loss is generally associated with loss of water frm d body-which may lead to dehydration- it's not FAT.in fact after such a weight loss there's a larger probability of sudden weight gain-may b much more than ur previous one.
but if u've been slow then it's quite noticible though not much 2 u- coz u've gone slow n don notice d everyday difference.

Possibly.

A noticeable difference (to others) is usually 12-15% weight loss.

Oh definitely! You'll appear to look slimmer, and your clothes would be starting to feel looser on you. Good job, but don't over do the weight lost too much.

Oh yeah, espically being 5'2". You should drop a pants size if you drop 10 pounds.

it depends on what you looked like to start with. heavier people wouldn't show a difference as fast as thinner people. you probably would look too thin.
