Protein. A good protein shake or a handful of peanuts/tablespoon of peanut butter is usually a really good thing to consume, especially after a workout. It helps develop muscles and keep them strong. My brother is a total workout-aholic and he always takes in some protein immediately after to help them develop the way they should.
And stretching them daily helps.
I'm not sure if you mean what helps your muscles referring to working out, but whether you do or not, both protein AND stretching them helps them regardless.

Load up on protein like 1/2 to 1 hour before working out. And load up after working out. I would suggest approx. 20 grams of protein before and after a workout. Also amino acids aid in absorbing and converting protein to muscle. Other than protein you can use creatine, creatine is used to repair your muscles after a workout, it also retains water in your muscle tissue making your muscles visibly larger.
If you're looking for supplements I would suggest a whey protein shake mix and a creatine monohydrate powder supplement.
If you're looking for natural I would suggest chicken for protein but to get creatine from food red meat is your best bet.
I would love to assist you with supplements so feel free to contact me.

all depends on what you mean
if you want them to grow
1-Proper nutrition as its what makes you grow
2-getting enough sleep....this is when you grow...NOT whenn in the gym...you break your muscle down in the gym you'll sometimes seeing idiots weighing themselves before the gym then again after but unless they werre eating during their workout they will weigh less
3-proper workout...if you want to get big....remember a golden rule there is no perfect routine...."its the effort that you actually put into your routine"
