Next summer I will be moving to BC, but a few months before that I can get my G1 in ontario but only my g1 not my g2, so if i get my g1 in ontario can i exchange for a g1 in BC?

No, you can't exchange it. First of all, BC doesn't have a g1 and g2 or whatever. We do have a Learner Stage and a Novice Stage. Such drivers have to have a big magnetic read L or green N on the back of any vehicle they drive.

Check out this link for BC. It gives you details, but you will have to start all over in BC and take a learners test. If you scroll to the bottom of this link on moving to BC you will read:

If you have never held a full-privilege driver's license, you must complete B.C.'s Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) to receive your B.C. license.

Contact the Ministry of Transport in B.C, when I went to Alberta in the 1980's it had to changed over in 3 months or you had to write the written exam there. E-mail them and ask the time limit to change over, like the insurance it is a government controlled issue.

Yes, go to DMV and you will have to take a written test and they will give you a replacement.
