First of all - DON'T PANIC! Spray tans will just make you darker all over, not even you out - I asked my salon about that! You can get an airbrushed tan a day or 2 before the wedding and that will even you out since the person who applies the solution can adjust it to your needs. I'm personally going to use Clarins Self Tanning Milk, this is supposed to be the best self tanner on the market and you can apply wherever you need more coverage. It gradually darkens, so you can add more to certain areas. You could also start tanning a little everyday with different SPF levels - use a lower SPF on the lighter areas and a higher ones on the darker areas. This should help even out the lines since you aren't darkening them at the same speed.
Good Luck and Congrats.

I would go to a tanning salon to even the tan lines out. I am a little on the pale side and I still have my tan lines from June they are fading but you can still see them. I understand what you are going through because I went to my bachorette party and got bruises all over the back of my arms which were in all of the wedding photos that is what people talk about when they see the photos. Hang in there because your tan lines can blend you have plenty of time! Good luck!

Hey ...relax! You dont have to do anything! That is still over a month away and your tan line will go away by then! If you are going to tan more, just get a different bathing suit or pull the strpas down so you wont have a line! Plus...tan lines can be sexy! Don't worry I am sure you will still look great!

You have plenty of time! First of all, it will fade because your skin is constantly changing when you shower, scratch or just naturally. A tanning bed is a good option if you want to get a quick, professional and even tan, but as far as money goes a self-tanner would be cheaper. However, choose one and TEST it as soon as possible. Don't be afraid to spend the time or a bit extra money in making sure its suitable for your skin. And remember: You'll look beautiful on your wedding day!!!
Good luck & blessings in your marriage!

You still have 40 days until your wedding, odds are that tan is going to be faded out long before that. I wouldn't worry about it, it's not like the weekend before your wedding. Once it does start fading nicely, then you can start going to the tanning beds if you want and it will even out better.
Don't worry, everything will work out and you'll still be the beautiful bride you want to be! Good Luck & Congratulations!
PS: STOP with the stupid bit - you did a semi stupid thing, that does not make you stupid! Have some self esteem girl!

That's not stupid - it's not like you did it on purpose! But your wedding is 6 weeks away. Just avoid the sun or tan in your yard without a top and I'm sure your tan line will be gone by then.

First of all, you are NOT stupid. Second, I love your name... Mississippi! Haha! I'm from Mississippi.
Okay, for the lines... you have plenty of time to let them fade. Just try to stay out of the sun as much as possible. My best friend had the same problem... bad tan lines, but they were gone before her wedding. Don't stress out over it. Stressing over it will make you think the lines are worse than they really are. Congrats on the wedding.
Relax and have fun!

No sun, self tanner. Be careful though, you might end up with orange lines instead. There's the tinted, natural glow lotions that will make you a shade darker each time you use it.
Do you have a professional to do your make-up? I'm sure they could match the colors for you and blend it in.
Also, your face is presumbably darker and tanned. Whatever foundation you use for your face will have to be darker and you could use it on the entire area (face and over the tan lines).

I would not go to a tanning salon. This will only make your lines much more obvious. Your tan will fade. You have plenty of time. Just stay out of the sun. You can always exfoliate your skin to remove the dead skin, which is what your tan is anyway.

Okay, this tan line will probably be faded a lot more than it is now. But, you could try a self tanner out (now) to see if you can blend it better. I say try it now so you can find one that won't make you look orange. I don't think you should really stress about it. If you don't bring attention to it, no one will probably even notice. Good luck.
