do you mean on a scale of 1 to 10???

1 being least(sour, hot, sweet etc.)

There is "good taste" and then "other people's taste" - not a whole lot of in between. LOL!

But seriously, there are measurements of taste - like Scoville units for the heat in peppers, if that is what you mean.
