I had this teacher when i was in the 7th grade. But when i saw him when i was 18 we ended up having a fling. It seems wrong but then again i was 18 so i really did nothing wrong. Any advice to answer my question

The key word here is EX.... if he was no longer your teacher, then I don't see anything wrong with it. You were just a woman dating an older man. But why do you care about it anymore if it's alrleady over, anyway...??? You can't take it back..... but I don't think it was gross at all, on the opposite: I'd have LOVED to date a couple of my ex teachers too....!!!

There is nothing illegal about it.
but if it felt wrong to you, then it might have been wrong for you. you have to look at what felt wrong and why. if there is an official power relationship, then our society defines it as wrong. But you were no longer in that relationship - if you were out of his school. if you were still, say a senior in high school in that district then some might judge it as wrong. people have different ideas. if he took advantage of you then that may be wrong on his part. if you felt like he used a power difference to get what he wanted, then it might be wrong, but we expect 18year olds to take care of themselves, even though they often can't.

Micheal dont be a *****....she's just asking...if you have nothing good to say then dont say jack

Well if you're 18 technically it isn't wrong to have a relationship with you ex-teacher. If you really love or like him...go for it and ignore what anyone says...love is love....if you dont like it...dont say it..

You were old enough and he was no longer in a position of authority. It's legal. The rest is up to you to decide.
