i posted a question about peer pressure..but i'm not really getting the answers i expected...well my problem was with my boyfriend being tempted to do stuff with me that i don't want to do/don't feel comfortable doing...i'm not a normal teen. i don't really care about sex or anything like that. but i told him that if it really meant that much to him then i would meet him 1/2 way. well my question is...was that a wise decision. and what would be a decent 1/2 way. (i'm not going to give him a ******** or have sex with him or anything like that...that's something i DONT want to do)

just do what you feel comfortable with, and if he isnt happy with that, then he doesnt care about you.

Once you start, its a bit difficult to only go 1/2 the way. Stick with your decision to withhold from sex--you are young and have lots of time for this. But, expect your bf to want sex and dont be surprised if he finds it elsewhere---be prepared to let him go and wait for someone down the road--when you are ready. I'd rather lose this bf than be pressured into having sex when I did not want to--only to please him. You will be the one facing the consequences.

Well you just messed up the whole situation, if sex is something that you don't want to do then why did you tell him that if it really means a lot to him you would meet him half way. If your dating someone who is constantly pressuring you to do things that you either don't want to of feel uncomfortable doing then you should dump him because that means that when your around him you feel uncomfortable because you know he is bound to ask you something that is out of the way.If you haven't noticed you've already met him half way by telling him if it really important to him you will meet him so now he is just waiting to tell you that its very important to him so you can meet him half way.

You shouldn't let him pressure you into doing anything that you aren't comfortable with!! If he really cared about you, he would be understanding of the fact that you weren't comfortable with certain things, and he wouldn't be pressuring you to do them... If you aren't comfortable with meeting him 1/2 way, then don't. And don't let him pressure you into it either!

I guess compromises are always good... But on an issue like this, he should understand if you didn't want to do anything. If you want to compromise go ahead, but you don't have to. He should respect your wishes.
A decent halfway... Well, a BJ is sex. So not that, as you said, I think... I guess either dry humping or a handjob or something...
