Do you know we have all sinned against God? (Romans 3:23)
If you do not care about this, and think it does not apply to you, did you also know we will all stand before Him on judgment and He will judge us according to HIS standards? See Revelation 20.
So according to HIS standards we have ALL sinned- and we must all be forgiven in order to be set free, and given eternal life with Him.
The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23) this means hell- as the Bible says- the second death is the lake of fire where those who are not secure in Christ Jesus will go for eternity.
I do not want this to happen to anyone! That is why I am asking you- do you know what sin is? The seriousness of sin? Do you know how you can be set free? Through Jesus Christ! He died and rose again, so when you confess your sins and repent of them- believe He is Lord, you are forgiven, saved. Sealed with the Holy Spirit, who will teach you all truth, and grant you new desires in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 1)

I cannot imagine my life without Christ, no only has He saved me from hell and sin ,but continues to teach me and guide me into truth-- blesses me when I do not deserve it and continually wraps me up in His comfort and peace--- His joy is inexpressible. And there is no greater love than what He did on that cross. It should have been US! I do not deserve HIs great love, yet he gives it freely-- His salvation is a gift! (Ephesians 2:8) To those who will receive it. The time is now! Salvation is now- after this life it will be too late. Do you want to take that chance?

Unfortunately, I know it well.....
But I know Christ better!
And I know that He went to the cross in my stead........to make atonement for sin.

I just wanna say...you are a gift from God and I'm grateful that you posted this question. It could not BE written more beautifully. I know that it came from the Holy Spirit. You are blessed :)
And yes I do know what sin is to answer your question...and I'm grateful to God that He has forgiven me and set me free from it :) You're totally right about the joy of the Lord...it truly is a blessing and a genuine gift to receive God's favor.....and His love everyday.

Just yesterday, our pastor gave the definition of sin.
SIN: To fulfill a God given need/desire out of God's perfect will and/or timing.
Anyone who was earnestly seeking the truth, (and not merely try to justify his/herself,) would at least take that much into consideration.
