Check out this site. It is about gall bladder problems. I had the same symptoms. I used a gall bladder cleanse years ago, but ended up getting gall stones again. So I ended up going through surgery even though I did get rid of my stones 10 years ago. They came back. So, you're welcome to look at cleanses, but if gall stones run in your family, you'll likely end up having to have surgery anyway.
Your regular doctor can send you to a gastroenterologist for testing. Good luck!

You could have a pulled muscle which will cause extreme pain in the rib cage area, this is very painful and feels like it's something major. It could be a pinched nerve. It could be gall bladder problems.
You need to see your medical doctor as soon as possible to find out what is causing this pain.
