"I’ve said it many times before. Teresa Earnhart was and is the business brains behind DEI. Dale Sr. admitted he would have had little without her. She comes from a racing family and knows the business. DEI will go on without Jr. and it will be successful."

It all depends on who sits in that 8 car and who is the crew chief. Martin Truex is looking pretty dang racey lately. Truex has a win and is 11th in points. That's pretty good compared to any of his teammates. One more time for the people that just don't understand - DEI was successful before JR ever drove for them, they will continue to be successful long after he's gone. At least as a driver, anyway. Anyone with a brain knows that Jr will eventually return to DEI someday, but maybe not as a driver. Or maybe not a full time driver. Too many possibilities.

He was just whispering sweet nothings in her ear. She held a wrench for him, drove his truck to the races etc, and she got an award and recognition from the media. She knows nothing about competing and engine designs and true needs of a racing organization. She is basically just handling the DEI organization that already existed. They may have a few successful wins every now and then without Jr. Tony Eury Sr was the one that made DEI with Dale Jr driving. They may go on and be successful but not as successful as they could be not unless she wises up.
News articles tend to paint pictures that are not necessarily correct. I'd like to see Dale's cousin Jeffery come in and be a big success. Only time will tell.

Obviously this question is going to get negative responses because a majority of fans are Jr. fans. DEI needs to figure out what is going on with their engines first and foremost. With Childress working with them on the engines, that problem will be resolved. As of late, Jr. and Truex without the engine problems have been running great. I think next year and in years to come, DEI will be fine with Truex as the number one and Mark Martin to be consistent in whatever races he is in.

And as far as her knowing the business, shes only knows the financial side of things. You have to give credit where credit is due there. But she knows nothing of people placement and engineering, that was Dale's area of expertise. She helped make the money, Sr knew where exactly to spend it. Thats a key area she needs to look into if she wants to turn things around.
And yes, they'll go on without Jr for sure. But I highly doubt it will be any different than it is now. They'll be able to win races from time to time sure, but thats about the extent of it's abilities.

I don't believe Dale Sr. would agree with what Teresa is doing with DEI. I feel he wanted Jr. to always be apart of DEI. Teresa is very controlling, it is abuse. Jr. has been in abused by her controlling behavior. He said not any more. Why would she put herself and DEI in the spot light? Jr. is the favorite driver in NASCAR. I hope she rots in Hell.

i visit be politer than ever I quite have been due on your humble request. No, i don't think of India has a outstanding destiny. the justifications are: a million) super and international-type gamers in Indian group like Sachin will quickly disappear and Indian group count heavily on them. 2) 2nd element Indian group has undesirable bowlers and all of the youngsters that are coming at the instant are not sturdy in bowling. 3) We see communities like Pakistan and England recuperating so by skill of that element India should not be sturdy because it quite is now. i'm hoping you need to not be indignant with my statements. What I quite have pointed is thoroughly authentic.

No its pretty poor. Without Jr there how many employees will stay? A lot of them are family. Jr's family not hers. She might know the business side but she doesn't know the racing side.

As a marketing entity, I think DEI will be fine... at least for a while. As a racing organization... I'm afraid they've already seen their glory days.

it should be since they've got Martin over there now at least for the rest of the year......they finally got a REAL driver......and anyone who thinks Jr's "engine prbloems" aren't of her making is just an idiot.....and i don't even like him but it's obvious how she's screwing him by giving him substandard parts. they are going to be a second rate team within 5 years
