2 months ago i was over doing it, cleaning patio furniture and it felt like I sprained my lower back after a few weeks it started to feel better then I felt the hurting in my legs and arms to the point I would have to sit.
my back is feeling better but the pain is still in my legs and arms and I have the stiff neck.
I have had slipped disc, but the pain in my back is different like a sprain.
Also the burning feeling in my back still comes and goes.
My neck pain was so bad I had to take Tylenol3 just to lay down

Everything you describe sounds like a nerve problem. More than likely you have a pinched nerve in the back. It will cause problems throughout the body. I recommend until you see your doctor, place an ice pack on the back for ten minutes, several times a day. This is going to help the pain. Advil liquid capsules work very quickly on pain, take them four times daily.

I've suffered with herniated discs for years, but the pain you're describing tends to sway towards something a little less severe. The majority of back pain come from minor strains and pulls, and they're much easier to cure at home. Here's a great resource to give you steps and tips on how to relive your pain.

I hurt my back awhile ago and had all of your syptoms but the pain moving to my neck. I'm assuming you lifted something heavy like myself. When I went to the doctors, he strecthed me out, put me under some industrial grade hot stone machine, like a heating pad, and gave me a prescription for muscle relaxers to take 30 mins before bed. My doctor told me he could fix me, buy it would take several visits. My back is fine now and I try to watch what I lift. Until I saw my doctor, I used advil or tylenol and a heating pad on my back and it worked good pretty well. I hope this helps and try to take care of your back, good luck.

I know my brother had very bad backpains - he went to see a Chiropractor and other doctors. He had a problem with a "disc"? But there wasnt much else they could do for him, besides surgery which he didn't want.

His chiropractor taught him like yoga type moves- stretches to do daily so his back wouldnt tighten up on him.

I started to get some backpain too, but it's mainly from stress and that yoga type moves helps.

I have no idea what type of kissing you are doing or what you are kissing for that matter. Maybe you need to stop whatever your doing to make your back hurt, The only feeling i get during kissing is a good feeling.
