how many calories are in a chicken breast wrap?

This wrap:

6 inches long
3 inches wide
1 inch tall

the wrap is a whole wheat tortilla

there's cheddar cheese, mayonaise, a BUNCH of white chicken breast, and lettuce in it

so...about how many calories is it?


does it sound like a good lunch?

A really good website for figuring out calorie content is www.fitday.com. Most foods, you can enter in and it will tell you, although I've never used it for a chicken wrap...

You are probably not interested in my viewpoint on whether or not I would eat a chicken wrap for lunch, as most people think my viewpoint is stupid, but since you asked, I do not believe that eating anything with grains, meat, cheese, or mayo in it is healthful. depends on how the chicken is cooked, but if it is fast food, I can't recommend it. Most of the fast food places cook the chicken in LARD, to make it moist and tasty, and causing it to be just as bad to eat as beef. But a wrap that large with the stuff you say is on it, is likely around 2000 calories, all by itself, not diet food by any means.

i dont think it has that many calories.....but it does sound like a good lunch...it has whole wheat which is great...cheddar cheese is a good source of calcium...chicken for protein and lettuce which is a good veggie...
