hey i am mormon, but what age do u have to be to go to dances? 16 or 14?

You don't "have" to do anything. The church sets the standard. The parents set the rules. The child chooses the behavior and the consequences that go with it. Choose wisely.
If you believe your religion you will see the wisdom in waiting until you are 14 to go to dances and 16 before dating.

14. You have to be 16 to date or take someone to a dance, but you can dance or go to dances at age 14

14 for Church dances. 16 to date - but even then you should date in groups.
