There is this girl who I've known for a couple of years now. I've always been attracted to her, but I never really pursued her beyond occasional flirting. Problem is that now, I like her alot.
She is known to be quite the tease and is always getting insane amounts of attention from these inexperienced guys. I only see her face to face about once a week or so.
When we're out at parties and she's constantly staring and touching at me-- I always make a point to ignore her or make her jealous. This works to make her chase more, but regardless, she is still quite a tease and I think she'd take advantage if I slipped up. She has only dated very inxperienced guys and I know that some charm and a little agression would have her whipped. But, like I said though, she is a huge tease.
I want to make her my tease though! How else should I go about making her my girlfriend?

OK - so you've flirted with this woman from time to time...but you want to know how to become more than 'just friends', right? Good.
Most guys (speaking about myself, too) make the mistake of trying to convince women to like them. They think..."well, if she's my friend now...all I have to do is be nicer to her and show her that I care more". WRONG!
It sounds like you're pretty good about keepin' your cool around this woman - but what's this whole "make her jealous" talk? You don't need to make her jealous or make her whipped.
You just need to have this woman ATTRACTED to you. Yes, you're on the right path about having her follow your lead...but you can't turn into a wuss.
Problem is that now, I like her alot. That's a problem? Man, right there I can sense some insecurity. A woman will sniff this out right away.
Here - the next time you're with her - try something like...
Her - (sitting beside you - puts her hand on you and is touching you)
You - (sit back and say) "No hand holdin' this early. Remember, we're JUST FRIENDS. Geese...you don't even know me."
Her - "Oh - Ok?"
Time goes by...blah blah...let's say it's fifteen minutes later
You - (hold out your hand to help her up)
Her - (going to grab it...forgetting about it and/or thinking you're serious)
You - (pull back) "No, really. No more hand holding."
Fast forward another 15 minutes....
You - (hold out your hand once more)
Her - (she's not going to grab it - just sit there knowning your games)
You - (grab HER hand and then even massage it)
Get the idea? You're teasing and teasing...and then once she gives in...let her have it. Very powerful and communicates the right things to women.

Honestly, if you know someone this long and have a comfort level of touching each other, there is really not alot you will be able to say or do to impress her further. Avoid dramatics, be funny and casually kiss her on the lips and make no fuss about it. If she responds by making out with you, then your in. Thinking about this will just make it worst. The goal is to get it started.
