The Third Heaven, which is Really a Planet.
Planet Heaven is what Earth was copied from.
Earth is a spin off of Planet Heaven.

Planet Heaven is a Whole Lot more Spiritual than Earth.
Earth Used to be that Way then Fell to the Depths of Curse and Sin.

Alllah subhana wa ta'ala (Almighty God...Glorious and Exalted is He) is not restricted by space or place.

"In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Allah! There is no God but He,
the Living, the Self-subsisting, the Eternal.
No slumber can seize Him, nor sleep.
All things in heaven and earth are His.
Who could intercede in His presence without His permission?
He knows what appears in front of and behind His creatures.
Nor can they encompass any knowledge of Him except what he wills.
His throne extends over the heavens and the earth,
and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them,
for He is the Highest and Most Exalted.
Allah, the Most High, speaks the truth."
[Qur'an Surah al-Baqarah --- Ayat Al Kursi (The Throne Verse) 2:255]

"To Allah belong the east and the West: Whithersoever ye turn, there is the presence of Allah. For Allah is all-Pervading, all-Knowing. " [Qur'an 2:115]

"We verily created man and We know what his soul whispereth to him, and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein." [Qur'an 50:16]

There are Seven Heavens:

"Glory to Him! He is high above all that they say!- Exalted and Great (beyond measure)! The seven heavens and the earth, and all beings therein, declare His glory: there is not a thing but celebrates His praise; And yet ye understand not how they declare His glory! Verily He is Oft-Forbear, Most Forgiving!" [Qur'an 17:43-44]

"Concerning what are they disputing? Concerning the Great News, About which they cannot agree. Verily, they shall soon (come to) know! Verily, verily they shall soon (come to) know! Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse, And the mountains as pegs? And (have We not) created you in pairs, And made your sleep for rest, And made the night as a covering, And made the day as a means of subsistence? And (have We not) built over you the seven firmaments [heavens], And placed (therein) a Light of Splendour? And do We not send down from the clouds water in abundance, That We may produce therewith corn and vegetables,
And gardens of luxurious growth? Verily the Day of Sorting out is a thing appointed, The Day that the Trumpet shall be sounded, and ye shall come forth in crowds; And the heavens shall be opened as if there were doors, And the mountains shall vanish, as if they were a mirage." [Qur'an 78:1-20]

Salam.

Following my belief, there are several tiers in heaven, kind of like the corporate ladder. As our soul becomes more pure, we advance to the next level, and so on. The lowest level being furthest from God and the top being the same level as God.
I believe that reincarnation is the quickest way to learn and grow. Every time we come back, or are born again to use the Christian term, we learn and grow. It's the quickest way to advance through the tiers. However, it is always our choice to come back here or lounge around in the spirit realm.
Blessed Be

God lives in the third heaven if I remember correctly from learning Biblical stuff as a kid..

-The first heaven is here on Earth, ie. within our atmosphere
-The second is amongst the stars and all that in space
-The third is the true Kingdom of Heaven where God resides

God does not on live on heaven, it is His working place. Just like the president of the U.S.A. He has his own house but he lives on the white house w/c is his working place.

God has an office it is the heaven.
Where do God lives?

God is every where thus in that view all of them. Another view is God created all of them thus he is over and above all the heavens. Best not to make God like mankind and insist on a dwelling place like mankind.

The first one is the atmosphere wher you see the clouds and rainbows. The second one is the space where you can see the stars. The third one is the one where God has His throne.
