I wouldn't. It's really rough and gritty. Almost like leather. Bleck. Get inside to the good stuff. :)

Mango skin is NOT inedible. It is VERY edible. Some people are allergic to it. This should not stop you from trying it. I eat about three ripe mangos a week and I always eat the skin. I just chomp into the delicious fruit and enjoy all of it, Except the big seed in the middle. Do your research. People eat mango skin all over the world.

Yes it is safe to eat the skin on a mango, my dad use to in Jamaica, but its not very good.

you can if you want to but have you tried it its not good lol but the inside that is left on the skin you can scrap off that is good considering when peeling a mango its takes off most of it lol
