If you marry him, he will have a better chance of getting a green card.
He needs to be legal ASAP, please try and help him do this. Visit the INS website to find out how to help him.

I answered this exact same question from you yesterday. I answered in detail and told you exactly what needed to be done.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To stay here he needs a visa. If they catch him without a visa they will deport him. If he gets deported they'll ban him from returning for 10 years.
If he's got a college education in a field such as Information Technology or nursing it's possible that he can find an employer to sponsor him for a visa.
The easiest way for him to stay is to get married to a US citizen.
After you get married you must file the following forms with the Citizenship and Immigration Service.....
I-130 (petition for alien family member)
I-134 (affidavit of support)
I-485 (application to change status)
I-765 (application for work permit)
G-325 (biography)
You can find the forms and their instructions here.....
They should all be filed at the same time. The cost will be $1,705. You don't need a lawyer.
No racism? you're able to be able to desire to pass domicile and word from Mexico. yet once you're back there, take a lot of of school, and you will discover your remark is rather incorrect. together as Mexicans have confidence they're of yet another race.. that the Aztecs are of yet another race, they do no longer seem to be. you realize.. i do no longer think of you should pass the try for American Citizenship.
Just look what happened to Elvira. He needs to go to his home country and apply to come here legally BEFORE he is deported. You can go with him, of course, and wait out the time frame in his country. He has to do this before ICE finds him.
Face it, he is a criminal, breaking the law everyday just by being here. He should be deported and not be allowed to apply for citizenship as punishment for being here illegally. You better hope I don't find out who he is, I will report him in a heartbeat. And you want to marry this criminal? Your parents must be so proud.
You could marry him but that is not going to guarantee him a green card, as he has over stayed his last visa by a number of years.
Provide his full name, the address where he lives, his expired work visa info and his current work address to the INS, they will take care of the rest of the problem! They are really understanding about these things!
