I definitely do. It manifests all your nervous, anxious energy in a physical, positive way. I was just about to go do some, actually.

I think it is a great stress reliever. You just have to motivate your self into wanting to work out. Once you do you will feel so relieved.

Absolutely. My doctor says that exercise is a natural anti-depressant.
It loosens your muscles, tires you out, but releases endorphins (natural pain reliever) and makes you feel good. You might still have the same stressors, but your mood will be better, your body will feel better, and you'll be able to face the stress much better.
Work out!

Definately, the benefits I get when I am not working out are worth the 30 mins a day. :)
I feel calmer, more relaxed and better able to handle stress.

I do, but when I do an angry workout, I don't count it as an actual work out. In that case, I'm not working out for the health benefit, I'm doing it solely to burn energy and cool off. I'm not thinking about my reps or my muscles and a degree of concentration is required when working out that is absent when I'm burning frustration or anger.
That's not to say its not therapeutic or that its not good for you. Working out is always a health boost. I just don't count anger workouts as a personal decision.

It has been scientifically proven that excercise produces endorphines. Endorphins produce euphoric feelings, appetite supression, and the release of sex hormones.
So yes, they make you happy. Go for it!
