try to ask him a small favor at first like drop ur pencil and ask him to pick it up or something just so that he notices u, then after that say hi to him when u see him for a few days, next try to email him or call him and set up a date where u can meet

BE YOURSELF!!!
That's the best advice I can give anyone. Be yourself and start hanging out with him. Talk to him, be yourself around him. If he likes you, then see if he'd be interested in a relationship. If not, oh well, don't worry about it. But just be YOU!!!
If he doesn't like you, then he's not worth the trouble. Just find a guy that likes you for you.

girl i had this problem sooo many times but there is only one way to fix it! you go to get to know them hang around his friends or just him! if u got him in any class dont make it obviouse but get a seat next to him and dont even act shy or anythin then just talk to him about anything like borrow a pencil or some papper or if u got any homework! talk to him on the bus or computer! if yall have lockers or and thing write him a note or go with ur friends to talk to all the guys u will get his attention eventully! u got get in there even if it takes time by just saying hi!! u go grl!

well i haad this same problem i was to shy but heres wut u should do just walk up to him hand jim a letter saying can we talk. and put a time on the paper. and if u meet him there bring up sumtin to talk about that u both are intreseted in or invite him to a movie or a party and pursue a realtionship if it heads in that direction

Get a phone number or screenname then you can talk more privately without straight up asking for a date.

does he notcie you, does he flirt with you, stare at you or anything, because if he does he probably likes you, but if he doesnt notice you then well I dont think he likes you. But try to let him make the first move...it always makes things better.
