You dont need anything. If you were born after 1980 you need a gun safety card, but im not usre if thats for your FOID card or if its for a hunting lisence, but if he is 90, it really doesnt matter, he was born a little before 1980. Of course you have to have a background check, and you have to attach a certain size photo and you send the money in, but i forgot the amount of money it is.

Normally, you need to just fill out a new form for a FOID card and send it in with the cost of the card and a small picture to use on it.

First maximum illegals does not verify in for something that teach their prestige as unlawful. And why could they while they have purchase all of the faux or stolen records they are able to need. The feds can not even hit upon those with offender violent arrest warrants, what makes you element they are going to seek for people who've broken our regulations, yet proceed to be interior the shadows to the music of 12-25 million. maximum unlawful have little or no saving so the probabilities they are going to self deport are narrow and carried out.

He just needs to get a new form and send it in.May take a month or two though.

If he let it expire for a number of years, he still wont have a problem. Just current photo to send with the form and of course, money for the Governor of our fine state.
