I must disagree on that. Most eye doctors claim that refractive disorders can't be cured by any other means than through surgery. I have a friend who had astigmatism and myopia -3. After six months of doing eye exercises he eliminated astigmatism completely and reduced myopia to -0.75. I know for a fact that he didn't undergo any kind of surgery. Besides, his family is poor and couldn't afford it even if they wanted to.

Now, how is this possible if eye exercises don't work?

I've just added "thumbs" for you...

There are eye exercises that can help some people with some conditions.
Nothing like curing almost everything and everyone as some people and sites claim.

And if there's one thing that exercises won't touch, it's astigmatism.

Optometrist, retired (so no axe to grind!)
