Lilith is a mythological female Mesopotamian storm demon associated with wind and was thought to be a bearer of disease, illness, and death. The figure of Lilith first appeared in a class of wind and storm demons or spirits as Lilitu, in Sumer, circa 3000 BC. Many scholars place the origin of the phonetic name "Lilith" at somewhere around 700 BC. Lilith appears as a night demon in Jewish lore and as a screech owl in the King James version of the Bible. She is also apocryphally the first wife of Adam.

Eve did not "come from" Adam's rib. It's a STORY.
It didn't happen that way.
And the creation stories from the Hebrew Scriptures, while they may sometimes have nice poetry, are not and never have been intended to be taken as factual, literal descriptions of historical events.
Followers of Jesus ought not to get caught up in them.

Lilith, according to mythology was created the same way Adam was from the dirt & water, that is why she wanted to be equal, because they both were made the same way.

I believe that Lilith isn't mentioned in the Bible. She is predominantly a Jewish tradition.

Most of them probably aren't familiar with the Book of Zohar; or that Joe Hovah originally created man and woman simultaneously, or that Lilith got kicked out of the garden for wanting to be on top during sex...
