I would find something that kills the fleas and their eggs. You might have to bomb your house . When you do that take the cat out of the house for a day.....Best of Luck....

NO do not give another dose, you can harm the internal organs (liver and kidneys) with too much of the chemical.
If you got the Frontline at a store, there's a possibility it could have been a counterfit. There are fake versions on the market now. If you got it from the vet it would be the real deal (they usually get it direct from the manufacturer not a warehouse).
While I've seen Frontline take up to 3 days to get rid of the fleas, I've never seen one take 10 days. Give your vet a call and tell him what you dosed the cat with, and ask what's the best thing to do so you don't overexpose your cat to harmful pesticides.
Putting 1/4 tsp of brewers yeast on the cat's food for two weeks can help repel the fleas, which is a thought.

question. did you give the dog a flee bath, debug the house with some sort of spray or bug fog thing claning sheets and coushions and materials of that type before applying the frontline? The medicine isn't gonna work single handedly though most people seem to think so. If you have an infestation and you put a few drops on an animals neck, it can't clear the whole darn house, and in no time the dog is gonna have em back anyway. its probably too soon to give him another dose, i'd consult a vet. but id take all the other steps also to get rid of em
this site might help

some dogs have no reaction at all to certain flea products. i see dogs respond well to advantage...and others dont react to it at all. your dog may be unaffected by the frontline plus. either way you have to wait at least 3 weeks before reapplying any kind of flea medicine.
make sure you get all of it directly on the skin!
also de bug your house with a flea bomb, zodiac and raid have really good ones but you have to clear the house.
ps. feeding a natural/holistic brand will actually help prevent fleas too! i noticed that when i switched to eagle pack holistic select, and then further found that out in a class i was taking.
pps. did you use frontline top spot or frontline plus? frontline topspot does NOT kill flea eggs...so you may have gotten a batch of fleas that are going to be immune to the regular frontline. i alwasy say frontline plus...and k9 advantix. revolution and advantage multi are good too but you usually have to go to vet for those

Indoor or outdoor? If there are fleas in the yard or in the house, then all the treatment in the world isn't going to make the fleas gone.
We give our pets capstar, which doesn't kill the fleas, but makes them sterile so eventually all the fleas will stop being able to reproduce.
