Which of the following should i have, lipton tea w/ a bit of no-fat milk as cream and a spoonful of sugar and two slices of toast? Or a bowl of honey but cheerios with non-fat milk? Which one is healthier and if neither of them are really healthy what do you suggest?

hONEY NUT CHEERIOS with non fat milk

Sugar = Just, no.
Bread = Carbs.

this is an example of a "healthy" breakfast

4 egg whites (12 cals)
1/2 cup whole oatmeal (130 cals)
1 cup grapefruit (100 cals)

* each meal should have a quality protein source and unprocessed carbohydrates. the quality of the foods that you consume is more important then the calories. unprocessed foods have more nutritional value and more usable nutrients and less calories. so not only are you doing the best thing for your body but you can actually consume more food if you have a healthy appetite

I am a firm believer in old-fashioned rolled oats oatmeal for breakfast. I have a bowl of oatmeal with a tablespoon of honey, 3/4 of a cup of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or peaches), 2 tablespoons of wheat germ and two tablespoons of sunflower seeds, with about a half cup of skim milk and a nice hot cup of green tea (no sweetener) for breakfast every morning. My cholesterol and blood pressure are perfect, my weight is good, and my energy level is great! Try it!

i suggest two eggs, one or two pieces of whole wheat toast, and some fruit with a large glass of water to start off your day

id say the toast as long as u use low fat butter and wholemeal toast.
