Sounds like you are experiencing some severe depression issues. You need to talk to somebody about this: your parents, a friend, your doctor, a counselor, somebody who is going to listen to you and be willing to help you receive the help you need. Depression is not something you can defeat all on your own, you are going to need some help. Go talk to somebody you trust, and get yourself to your doctor for help beyond what a friend can give you.
Hope this helps. Good luck, I wish you the best! :-)

I've had similar symptoms in the past. I agree with everyone on the depression/anxiety concept. I was never diagnosed by a doctor. I still know it's that. A friend gave me some anxiety meds to try and they helped a lot. I just haven't yet gone to a doctor with it. I did other things to subside the symptoms without taking meds and have been doing better. I cut back on caffeine, carbs, and lost weight. I really believe the whole thing (for me) was brought on by going through heavy stress with my former ex-husband. Being in highly stressful situations continous- I believe can trigger this problem. My life is now better, but sometimes it comes back (at night especially). It's the same as yours (crying, fear, and heart beats faster) I feel's mentally horrible! Then the next morning I'll feel fine! So weird and crazy- like you say. Anyways, those anxiety pills do help. I've taken them when it happens and I feel more relaxed in about thirty minutes. I still believe diet, exercise, and limiting stress (such as bad relationships, or taking on to many commitments) can help you, too.

Its called anxiety and depression. I have it also.It is exactly what you are discribing. I finally had to see a doctor. There are meds that your doctor can put you on so that it will ease off. There are also mental exercises that you can do to help with this. It depends on how bad this is for you. I would at least talk to a doctor . NO your not crazy ... I can vouch for that. Sometimes I feel like I am living somone else's life. Like I dont belong in this one. Nothing is right and I cant find comfort from it in anything I do.. I cry all the time I cant sleep . I am scared to go anywhere for fear of something happening... That is directly related to the love of my life getting killed in a car accident last febuary. Not all of it but just the fear of going places. I know exactly how you feel. If you need to talk email me.

Go see a mental health counselor and get an evaluation. Simply tell them exactly what your feeling. Be honest and stop being afraid of being "crazy".
I am 54 years old and have taken medication since age 18. I am prone to anxiety and depression.
