Creation is an ongoing process. Angels are ones who have experienced life enough to know how to truly live the royal law which is to do unto others and you would have done unto you. They have experienced the ultimate balance of nature--happiness. This happiness comes from our relationships with each other, and also our environment. Angels elect to assist others with this balance as the world progresses.

An excellent book that has recently been published can answer all questions you would ever have about such things as this. It is 666 The Mark of America Seat of the Beast. The Apostle John's New Testament Revelation Unfolded.

The invention of a "Satan," "the devil," demons or evil spirits, and the likes has been used by men to make accusations before god as to why they have acted contrary to his commandments. With the belief that an outside force can direct or influence our thoughts and actions, as humans we run the course of creating our own hell, but we don't know it. We are always in the process of blaming Satan.

I believe God created them before Day 1 in the Bible. The story in the Bible (Genesis) is about created, finite, physical things. The invisible, spiritual Heavenly hosts were created before then.

First, God did not create Satan or his demons. He created millions and millions of angels, one of which decided he wanted the worship due to God for himself and other angels followed his wrong course.

As to when, it was before the earthly creation because Proverbs says that they were joyful in God's creation. But there's no real indication how long the angelic creation was around before the earthly creation began.

billions of years ago before the creation of the universe according to Job 38:4-7.

Job 38:4-7 "
Where did you happen to be when I founded the earth?
Tell [me], if you do know understanding.

5 Who set its measurements, in case you know,
Or who stretched out upon it the measuring line?

6 Into what have its socket pedestals been sunk down,
Or who laid its cornerstone,

7 When the morning stars joyfully cried out together,
And all the sons of God began shouting in applause"

They were present when earth was created, but if that means that God first created them (and did not say so in the Bible) and then all of the physical creation or that He created them before time and then created time and every thing?

The Bible doesn't tell us, but it was before He created us and the earth. Jesus said that He saw Satan fall like lightning.

I would guess that it would depend on whether the heavens in Genesis equates to Heaven or not. Other than that the Bible doesn't specify when they were created or why they stopped having affairs with humans...
