September 1992 and am going into 9th grade. Is it weird?

No. If you were born in 9/92, you are 14, going to be 15. The cut off date to start kindergarten probably caused you to start kindergarten just before your 6th birthday. That's ok. It probably makes you one of the oldest kids in your class, but hopefully it also makes you one of the most mature, one of the most ready to learn and grow up, maybe one of the leaders, and probably someone looked up to by the other kids. Remember that there are younger kids watching you, and set a good example. Study hard, be respectful of your teachers, and be glad that you're not in 10th grade! The older you get, the harder it gets, and you're so lucky you got a little extra time to grow up!

Nope not at all! plenty of kids over age & under age go to schools when it isn't there grade it may be the day of your b-day or month your parents may have sent you to school early!
