I'm having a party for my softball team and another team. I'm trying to think of some good team based drinking games so we could have each team play against each other. Besides beer pong and flip cup, what are other good team-based drinking games? And please spare me the "excessive drinking is wrong" posts. If my liver can't talk me out of it, what makes you think you stand a chance?

Bat races are great, another fun one is a "Boat Race" or "Chug Race", line up in equal teams of 3+ with a full beer. On the call, the first person in line has to chug the whole beer, then when they consider themselves finished turn it upside down over their head (no cheating or you get wet). As soon as the person turns it over the next guy goes...until the whole line goes. Its fun, it gets loud we do them all the time. Another good one is a Shot Gun Race. Make a bracket 1 person Vs 1 person and have them poke a hole in a beer with keys then shotgun it down. Go through the bracket until you have a champion. Another one we do alot up at College is the Drunk Olympics teams of 4 have to finish a 30 rack, a Large Pizza, and 25 wings; best time wins. After that, there are a ton of card games like King's, A$$hole, ect, but I don't really like them; if you want to know more about them let me know.

The first thing that pops to mind is bat races. (How appropriate that it's a softball team!) It's the one where one member of the team has to chug a beer, run like 20 feet to a bat, put one end on the ground, hands on the handle and their head on the end of the bat and spin around the bat like 10 times. Then run back to the team. HILARIOUS!

well it depends if you want like a card game, or an active game. card game my fav. is called hockey. but active, what has always proved to be a successful amount of fun in the past is beer baseball. you have coolers at every base, every time you make it to a base you have to drink before the next person makes it there. haha can be dangerous if you cant chug a beer then run, but its fun if you can. haha

We always used to play Kings. You take a deck of cards and sprad them around a cup.
Ace is waterfall.. Whoever pulled the card starts drinking and the person next to them can't stop til the person before them stops...
cards 1-7 are give or take cards. I can't remember if there is a rule, but say reds mean that you drink yourself and blacks are give to someone else.
8 is the thumbmaster card and the person who draws it has to put their thumb on the table.. Last person to do it drinks.
9 is the rhyme card. Whoever picks it starts with a word and everyone else has to find a word that rhymes with it. Whoever can't think of one drinks.
10- Category! the person must think of a category and everyone has to come up with something in that category. first one who can't, drinks!
Jack-RULE. the person who picks this card makes up a rule. (*for example, no swearing.. if you swear you drink 5 gulps)
Queen- Questions. The person who draws this card must ask someone a question and that person has to reply with a question to someone else. The first person who can't ask a question drinks!
King- pour some beer into the cup. Whoever gets the last king drinks the cup!

How about the game called, "Drink". Line up some bottles of whiskey, each team starts drinking them. Last team with people conscious wins.

Sex is not the same as drugs or alcohol. Why it's even part of the straight edge scene I've not the foggiest. The whole point was to live a life without anything distracting you from reality - attraction to others is a reality.

Great cardgame is "***hole", i didn't name the game, but if you google it (without the ***) they will give you the rules...
another beer pong style game is called Beirut (spelled like the warzone)

my friends and i used to play a game called Kings Cup, it's played with a deck of cards and we all found it quite fun, it's a fairly simple game to learn if u want an example plz e-mail me

there is plenty of them, you got beer pong,upside down chug,and quarters just to name a few!
