yes i used to do it behind my parents backs all the time..stupid me didnt realize they could see the reflection in the window haha my sister takes the cake..when she was 14 or so she truly believed if u were looking at someones face then u couldnt see anything below their face and so when my dad would yell at her she'd stick her middle finger up but keeping her hands by her side cuz she thought he couldnt see (she wasnt too bright) and she never got how he would catch her and yell at her then she'd deny it...those were fun arguments to watch!! when i get caught i dont usually deny it..theres no point

Probably. I do remember a male colleague making a very personal and humiliating sexual remark about a man a was working with. He was standing directly behind him and was noted for his very sharp hearing. Woops! There is no way any apology could or would be accepted even if made. Solution creep away and find another job to do outside the office for a while.

Worse - at a new years eve party I got so drunk and apparently I was pulling 'spastic' faces behind this old woman. Little did I know there was a mirror right in front of us.

Yes. I didn't see the mirror in their hands. I tried to tell them I was having spasms in my fingers. I don't think that they believed me.
