Not good enough. This woman is a scam artist, and is using her little boy as a pawn. She should be in prison. I feel no pity for her.

I think if the immigration authorities were half are evil as the left makes them out of be they would have stormed the church she was in and sent her and her son back to Mexico. Instead they let her stay there and send out press releases about how heroic she and her son are. What a country!

She should have been taken by immigration!

Now if they can do that with the other 20 million illegals, then America will be back to normal!

I will be truly pleased when the Minister who has given her "sanctuary????" and whose wife is now Legal Guardian of Elvira's US citizen spawn/anchor to the US, is also punished under the law for aiding and abetting. Sanctuary is NOT a law, just a foolish term used in childhood games.

This Methodist Minister has used his church as a club to interfere with the current laws of the US. Not only should he and his wifey be punished, but it is time for this Methodist church to lose its tax exempt status.

If he wants to make his church a pillar for breaking valid US laws, this is up to him, but he should not be allowed tax exempt status to do so. And until those in the Methodist hierarchy stand up for the laws of this country, all of the churches should loose their tax exempt status. This country should not subsidize those who will not follow our laws.

Elvira was busted for using a fake social security number. She is also here illegally. Time for her to return to her home country and then follow the legal path to entry .

Its about time. Revoke her kids US citizenship and send him home too.

As for the people who sheltered her. Lock them up or send them back with her if they care so much for her well being. I don't care if they are citizens I would take that away too. They broke the law too.

She had a stolen social security identity. Lets feel sorry for the person whose identity she stole. Why didn't she take her child with her? Some mother, looks like she just had him here so she could rip of Americans.

I think that she was a very brave woman. Our goverment failed to control this issue when they had a chance to do it, now that these people have settled and expanded their families they want to simpley dispose them. I'm sorry but that doesn't make much sense to me, yes deport the ones with criminal backgrounds, run their finger prints but let the good people stay here. They ones that suffer from all this are children, why is it that American people have no compassion for these issues?
