*Potentially poorly or malevolently motivated workers who do not follow best health practices or intentionally carry out unsanitary practices (spitting on food and the like)

Simply put: French Fries are the new cancer sticks. You basically are eating a deep-fried piece of salted starch. Deep frying is a horrible way to cook healthy foods, and most fast food places cook most of their food by this method. To start a search for healthy fast food, look for a place that does not deep fry all of their food. An example would be Carl's Jr/Hardees and their line of charbroiled chicken sandwiches.
