Ok, so my best friend's brother is TOTALLY hot, and smart. But he is four years older than me. He flirts with me, but then when I am not there he tells his sister he thinks i am crazy. What do i do to change his mind?

Just have fun flirting back - that's good flirt practice.
But don't try to date him - it could royally mess up your friendship with his sister

Dont get too hooked on him---trust what he says when you are not around and he doesnt sound all that great if he puts you down in your absence. You have to be yourself and you will stand on your head for this guy and it still will not make a difference.
Forget this one.

girls mature faster than guy, so 4 years older doesn't mean he's mentally matured. he MAY disguise his crush for you in front of his sister, so his statement may not have any grounds at all! just be cool and chat up with him. . .you never know what you gonna get!
