It depends on what the ingredients are and where the sugars come from, also it depends on what the serving size is.

Remember, sugar can be from corn, words like Dextrose and Sucrose, are sugar as well - just because there is fruit in the yogurt doesn't mean all the sugars are from the fruit.

If you're concerned about the sugar, try finding a non-sweetened yogurt and adding your own fresh or frozen fruit such as berries and perhaps some agave nectar or a bit of honey.

Yes, that sounds like a good yogurt. I wouldn't worry about the 14g sugar because 1. your body DOES need some sugar. 2. Fruit has lots of natural sugar so don't worry 'bout it.

Actually it sounds very healthy, most Yogurt has 240 calories, 150mg sodium, and 45 carbs. I am guessing that might be a light yogurt though, what kind is it? And does it taste good?

It has a lot of sugar and carbs but the calories and fat is low and the protein is good. So I would say healthy!

Yes, maybe a bit high in sodium and sugar. Guess it depends on what you are after.

I look for active lactobaccillus cultures, myself.

well i know that for me best tasting is Carmel macadamia crunch cuz i love macadamia nuts and the healthiest sounding would probably be vanilla, the only one without Carmel or chocolate fudge but with milk, but maybe raspberry twirl would be healthy too..and well if i had the choice i would defiantly buy Carmel macadamia crunch.
