concerning cataract....?

is there any food that can help prevent it.Also, is there any food out there that can help impove my night blindness

not a bad answer from mark. no on cataracts, and antioxidants on night vision.

with the following exception: if your "night blindness" is caused by uncorrected refractive error and/or spherical aberration from large pupil size...then "carrots" wont help/

yes to the night blindness good old carrots full of vitamin A

One other thing that can help prevent it is to wear sunglasses on bright sunny days.
