No, in order to get any sort of contacts whether they are for a prescription or just for fun, you will need to go to an optician and have an eye exam done, and they will have to write you the "prescription", even though its not really one. Sounds weird, I know, but I went through the same thing. I wish it was simpler!

ALL contacts are prescriptive. Just becoause there is not correction does not mean you do not need a prescription. The power of the lense is a small part of contact lense measurements. You have to have an eye exam, and you have to have an eye exam for Contacts as well. Putting something in your eye is not like wearing socks. If you have the wrong size or shape of contact it can dammage your eye, cause scrapes, funky blood vessel conditions, weird diseases and injury. Some of these things can lead to blindness if left unchecked. You always need a doctor's prescription to get any kind of contacts!

I'm sure there is, but you DON'T want to do that!
Everyone's eyes are different. Contacts are not a one size fits all type deal. You really want to have a licensed professional assist you with this. They should measure your eyes, give you an exam and then teach you how to properly care for the lenses.
If those steps are not taken, you could find yourself in a very dangerous situation and you could lose your eyesight.
Don't gamble with your vision....do it the right way.

yeah I see them in the back of magazines all the time. Like Rolling Stone, you can get like funky ones, Cat eyes, orange ones, Red ones, ones with Dollar signs. I wanted to be cool one time and got the cat pupil ones and they were bright yellow, they did hinder my sight a bit and made everything a bit drab colored but all in all they werent bad. I didnt need a prescription to get them. They had like plain blue and all the normal colors too.

well I think that yo should just get regular contacts because color contacts are more expensive and they ruin your eyes really bad so I would go with regular contacts and you need a prescription for any kind of contacts.
