We rented a beach house for a week. While we were there, I would be laying on the bed, and the bed would start shaking back and forth like someone was jostling it. My sister said she felt the same thing. This also happened to me years ago when I was staying at an old bed and breakfast. I could never figure out where it was coming from. Also - when we were packing to come home I carefully packed the baby monitor, but when I came home I couldn't find the cord to the receiver. My mom called and said she found it plugged into an outlet behind the bed in the babies' room. That is strange because I remember winding up the cord and packing it, and we would have no reason to plug it in in the babies' room, and we didn't even know there was an outlet behind the bed. This also happened to me 2 months ago after our last beach vacation. I swore I packed the monitor cord, but it ended up in the living room, and I thought it wasn't mine so we left without it. Any thoughts?

well, the baby monitor thing could be just forgetfulness (i've sworn i've taken my sunglasses, coat, etc and actually left them places)

but if the beds were shaking, that's a fairly commonly heard manifestation of a nasty spirit trying to scare you....and if youre right that someone is moving yoru baby monitors and this bed stuff is happening in the same time frame, i'd keep a close eye on my baby...whatever IT is messing with the monitor almost seems like a warning directed at your baby....

my solution is, since it's happening in places you dont live in, anytime you go to stay somewhere, say a quick prayer that only good and holy things will abide in the house...maybe even go into each room and say "if there's evil here, leave in the name of Jesus"....they cant stand his name..

I've heard about similar stories, especially in older homes or home-sites. If you opt to believe in "spirits" from past lives, then they may be responsible for your incident.
According to a popular psychic, certain spirits still hang around for whatever reason and need to be told to go home toward the light. It sounds like maybe this was a child, in the bed shaking incident, that was trying to possibly wake up his/her parents. That same child spirit or another could also be responsible for the cord to the baby's monitor strange disappearance and re-appearance.
Nothing like this has ever happened to me personally, but if things like this continue to happen to you again, maybe you should contact a psychic.
Or, if you totally don't believe in such things, maybe the bed shaking was a small earthquake tremor. Not so sure about the baby monitor cord, unless stress, etc. caused you to forget what you did.
Good luck on finding your answers.

Sorry, but you are not able to convey in English whatever it is you are trying to say. However, I can say with certainty that if you are this confused in your native language then you need far more help than you can get here. PS, I only speak and write in English; it is all I know (and not even that well, I might add). I compliment you on your attempt to convey such a complicated story in a second language. So, while my comments may seem critical, actually I envy your achievement.

My belief in ghosts is uncertain, but I do believe that traumatic events can lead to an energetic imprint on the area. Just like when you walk into a good Church or Cathedral you may feel a spiritual and sacred sense, some places can pick up the energy of negativity.

Perhaps there was a murder in that house, find out the history. Or perhaps there is just something there.

I don't believe in the paranormal stuff. I would pray against demons - out loud - and they will go away - pray in the Name of Jesus. Demons are real but God is greater. Blessings dear one.
