Someone already said it but it probably indicates a problem that won't go away. And you mentioned once that you had a guy who was always watching you at the gym, so your brain blended the two ideas, possibly.

What i think:
whatever is happening in your life right now, some thought is pondering in your mind, and YOU cant take whatever that thought is, seriously. I duno it was just a thought!
