First and the most important thing is your will-power to improve upon your english fluency. Select a small sentence in your mother tongue and think on how you will write it in English... then stand in-front of the mirror and say it to yourself looking at mirror. Practice it for some time. Use small and simple sentences in the beginning. Once you are good in composing the sentence gramatically correct and making correct pronounciation, practice it with your friend. Practice is the only solution to this.

Watch English movies. Read English books. Try to speak in English with close friends. Attend spoken English course in your town.

english is the most dificult language in the world so u just hav 2 enroll in classes and buy audio sets and books 2 improve it.u'll be fine really.its just a matter of a little commitment ok?no worries.

english is the hardest language to learn because of all the "slang" words we use. You can enroll in English classes, check with the local schools in your area. Good Luck!

The very best way to do it would be to spend time with native English speakers -- practice your English any chance you get, and ask them for constructive criticism and help in learning idiom (the way a native speaker would phrase things).

I think u shld read more english books, watch more english movies n read more books which can improve ur vocabulary
I think u shld read " TO KILL THE MOCKING BIRD" it is a very gud book n can improve ur vocabulary.

well with practise you will learn to speak
try to speak/converse in english more with your friends who have good spoken english
reading english newspapers and listening to english news also helps to increase your database of commonly used english words
