I have the same problem. I'm short--four nine--and weigh 110; I would like to weigh 98 to 105, but so far it's not working. I'm starting to give up and like myself. I don't have a lot of fat because I do aerobics and regular exercises for 1/2 each--every day!
It really depends on how tall you are, but especially how you feel in your body. If you like how you look, then good! It doesn't sound to me that 116 is too fat, maybe you just need some toning like I did. Love yourself first!!!!

How old are you and how tall?? It really depends on all of that. Once you have those details type in 'BMI chart' into google and you can see if you are overweight. If you are still under 17 I wouldn't do anything drastic, our body is still changing and will probably even out over time. 116 lbs is totally normal for people 5;1-5;4.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

170 cm is about 5'7...So at 116 pounds, your BMI is at 18.2, which is very healthy. You most definitely do not need to lose weight. If you don't feel good about your body, try being more active and you'll feel better. Walking, running, etc.

If we knew ur height it would be easier to tell. Then at least we could use a BM1 calculator that would give some indication, however this does not take into account body muscle which is heavier than fat and therefore u may appear to be in the incorrect BM1 when actually u arent.
