Well, every day is too much.
It's a 'once in a while' treat.
Try fancy feast flaked fish & shrimp a few times a week- they love the stuff.

You certainly are not killing your cats, and really, not even hurting them.
Tuna is a nice treat for cats. It is not a substitute for cat food.
The tuna in cans is almost entirely protein, and it has added salt. Commercial cat food is a balanced food. It contains nutrients that are missing from tuna alone, and lots of them. Deprived of these nutrients, cats will become ill.
Also, cats' high protein diet, over time, is rough on the kidneys, and many cats ultimately succumb to kidney problems. The added salt in canned tuna is not good for them, and the same is true for cold cuts, like turkey or chicken.
If you are going to give your cats a little tuna in the morning, along with their regular cat food, there is nothing wrong with this at all. But you should not feed tuna alone, and it would be a little better for your brood, since you are giving them a little on a regular basis, to buy the sodium-free or reduced sodium tuna. Or cat tuna, as there is cat food grade tuna packed in gelatin (which my cat loved) available, if you can find it.
But as it is, you are not hurting your gang at all.

From personal experience, you're fine.
I'm not going to say that people are wrong when they say that "human" tuna has bad stuff for kitties, because I don't have those kind of answers.
But feeding my cats (that have long ago passed away from old age/accidents) tuna has never caused a death.
Most people -don't- give their kitties tuna every day, so maybe you could just give it to them occassionally. :)

NO! People tuna is NOT good for cats--it has too much mercury and magnesium in it. You can get cat tuna at any pet supply store.

tuna which is canned for human consumption is not good for cats...
it has mercury or something in it (i can't remember exactly)... and can cause health problems if fed all of the time.
you can buy cat treats which are much better for them.
take care.

Once in a while, and only a little bit is okay. It gives them diarrhea if you give them too much. Same with milk. It does not digest well
