I cannot open my Adobe Photoshop 3.0. I get the box that says "The dynamic link library OperaMgr.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\ProgramFiles\Adobe\Photoshop Album starter". How am I to open the Adobe Photoshop so I can import my pics?

Adobe Photoshop 3.0? Are you sure? It's older than dirt.
You have corrupted files. Remove and re-install it.

free at least 250 Mb from your root disk usually C:\ because photoshop uses this space to store temorary files while it's open then deletes them once you close it. if it continues to occur, try uninstalling then reinstalling it.

I don't think i can help with your problem but you can use picasa to edit your pics and do much more, it will also find every pic on your PC even the ones you don't even know you have OR ones you have just forgotton where they are http://picasa-review.blogspot.com
