I suggest keeping a journal or writing letters to your mom, this will help you to get your thoughts and worries out of your head and onto paper, which always helps me. This should help alleviate the stress and anxiety from missing your mom and help you fall asleep. Also, some relaxation tapes and meditation can help you to relax and to think less about missing you mom. Classical music can also help.
Another option is to talk to your family about seeing a therapist and/or a psychiatrist. A therapist can help you learn to cope with your feelings and a psychiatrist may be able to prescribe you medication to help you sleep if he/she feels that this is medically necessary.

See if you can buy a calling card. It is possible to call your mom for a whole lot less than it normally would be. In the U.S., through a store like Costco or Sams Club, these cards are a really good deal. I would hope your parents would help in paying for something like this. Are you old enough to work to help pay for something like this? You need to have contact with your mom. How long will your mom be gone?

How old are you? How long will they be gone? Maybe you can write her letters or write in a diary/journal as if you were talking to her or maybe just your feelings. Be close to your cousins, talk to them. Maybe you can call and talk to her a few minutes once a week. Keep busy with positive things to do. Focus on school, have good friends, and hopefully before you know it they will be back. Hang in there, I am sure they will be so proud of you for being so strong.

I know you miss them, just try to talk with them as much as possible. Or write them letters. At least you can look forward to their return, most people don't even have that! Good luck! School is starting soon, that should help keep your mind busy! Take care!

Pray, talk to God like he's standing right there and he's your best friend, cause He really is. He will give you comfort. : )
