Go to a mental health clinic or an emergency room right away. If you have an ongoing therapist, call where that person is and tell them you are suicidal. This is nothing to play with.

the 2 best things you can do is see a doctor for appropriate medical treatment (mainly medication like SSRI's for depression) and finding a therapist trained in cognative behavior therapy. cognative behavior therapy can help you learn new ways to turn negative thoughts and behivors into more positive outcomes.

The ONLY thing you can do is see a doctor. You need to talk to someone professional and you need medication IMMEDIATELY!
