She's much too young to be left alone all day. No responsible breeder would place a puppy in a home with no one around to take care of her.
It will ruin her temperament. Find a doggy day care for her.

try taking her out and walking and running with her and the exersize will tire her and the bathroom part will make sure she dosen't have to go to the bathroom or its just because she is a beagle and the are hunting dogs so it's in her blood so if u tell ur neighbors what dog she is the will understand and if they don't tell them that howling is in her blood

Beagles are known for howling. She may just hear noises outside and just howls away.

There's really nothing that you can do except a few toys and a blanket.

You could put her crate by a tv. She could watch tv for a while.
My neighbors dog use to do that.

Take care

new to dogs. or just new to beagles??? hahahah...
my brother has a beagle,, do as much research as you can on the bread,, they will drive you crazy if they are not properly trained.....they will follow their noses to the point of not coming back if you do not train them properly and at a young age..
have fun....

you could put a little radio by her crate and leave it on when you're not home? maybe that would keep her company. and give her a few soft toys in her crate.

take care.
